  • Where are you based?
    We are based in West Sussex, United Kingdom. We have planned events in London, West Sussex, and Essex.
  • How did the name Kunexa come about?
    "Ku" is the first two letters of my family name, and "nexa" is a unique twist on "next," symbolizing connection, unity, and next-level experiences.
  • Will you be there on the wedding day?
    Yes, I will be present. All our services include my presence on the day of the event.
  • Do you plan marquee weddings?
    Yes, we do. Marquee weddings are beautiful and one of my favorites.
  • What if I need a mix of services?
    Since every wedding or event is unique, we tailor our services to meet your specific needs and preferences.
  • Do you take clients from outside the UK?
    Yes, we do. We accept clients from all over the world who are planning their events in the UK. Unfortunately, we do not handle international events at the moment.
  • Can I bring my own vendors, or do you provide them?
    If you have preferred vendors, we can include them. However, Kunexa has a long list of trusted vendors we can recommend.
  • Do you have people to assist with setup, etc.?
    Kunexa does not have its own setup and teardown team, but we work with vendors who provide these services. Many of our venues also offer setup and teardown assistance.
  • Are there any additional fees we need to consider when booking?
    All costs will be broken down on your invoice. The only additional fee you may need to pay will be for travel and accommodation for Tracy and the team, depending on your location and the number of days needed on-site.
  • How much experience do you have?
    I have been in the event planning industry for about a year.
  • How much time do you need to plan an event?
    We need a minimum of five weeks to plan an event, depending on its size and location.
  • What about pre and post events i.e. a welcome dinner or post wedding brunch?
    Pre and post events and wedding weekends are all included in Full Wedding Planning. For Wedding Day Management additional support days can also be added, if needed.
  • What if there’s an emergency? Can we change the date or details without additional fees?
    You can change the date or details without additional fees. The terms of this will be stated in your contract.
